I was a little worried about this shoe when I put it on. It is tighter than I usually prefer. But, because it is leather, it seems to have stretched out a bit. Now, after about 3 weeks of working in these shoes for extended periods of time (as a nurse), I find that they are extremely comfortable and supportive enough to not cause back problems. I definitely recommend this shoe.

It's hard to find a male or unisex nursing shoe anywhere. I live in Miami and even around here there are not too many choices. I'm glad I bought these they are comfortable and look great. Better than what the school had available at the store.
