Love the look

I've purchased many very comfortable shoes from this brand so, when I saw this shoe, which reminds me of my favorite band (Duran Duran!!), I knew it would complete my outfit. THIS SHOE, tho! Grrrr!!!!! Beautiful as it is, has been a real pain. No wonder it's on sale. The first pair I received were like boats and there was nothing I could do, insert-wise, to make them fit better. Thankfully, I was able to get a smaller size shipped fast enough to try on and break in before its intended use: dancing all night at an upcoming concert! While the second pair fit my foot length and width-wise, my foot sat really low in the shoe causing the collar to rub and irritate my ankles. No problem! I'M DETERMINED TO MAKE THESE SHOES COMFORTABLE! These cute shoes bring to mind like five D2 songs right off the bat, afterall. Once I got the right fit by installing an insert, they were very comfortable --I danced the whole night and walked over 20 miles in these shoes during our visit to Chicago. The material supporting the laces, feels thin and flimsy as if it could tear easily if pulled too tightly but so far has held up to my lacing/re-lacing with custom charms, lol! I cleaned a ton of scuffs off the bright white soles using a magic eraser and they are ready for the next show! Overall, I'm very pleased with these shoes and they make my smile.

Snazzy!

As with all Spring Step Shoes these are very comfortable. The black patent is snazzy, which makes them easy to dress up or down. Love the pop of red down the heel! I received Lots of compliments when I wore them. Although, that is par for the course for any line of Spring Steps Shoes! The shoes run just a little big, nothing major but they did feel a little looser than any of my other Spring Step Shoes. Please note: I'm not suggesting to order a size down. The shoes run slightly large/true to size for me.
