I look to Spring Step for a full toe box. This model narrowed in the toe box. I was quite disappointed

Not the best quality

I’ve spent over $1000 on Spring Step shoes over the past year, but they have all been L’Artiste. This was the first time I bought Patrizia. The stitching wasn’t done correctly on one area. It was coming loose and made that part uncomfortable. I was very disappointed in the supposed warranty. Initially they told me it wasn’t a defect. I strongly disagree. They then said I could submit additional photos and they’d reconsider, or I could return them (at my cost of course.) I do love their shoes but I’m not satisfied with their customer service. Other than the defect, this shoe is super cute and comfortable. It looks like they have tread but I found them to be slick on some floors.

Chic and Sharp Sandal

This is an attractive comfortable shoe:7 1/2M. I needed a pair of bronze colored shoes and these fit the bill. The ankle strap is adjustable and toe strap was fine for me. It's a comfort fit.

Love!!

I love these! Super comfy. I wear these heels all day and they feel great. Very cute and get tons of compliments. Look great in a professional setting or out for dinner, even with jeans. Getting ready to purchase another pair because I wear them so often. One pair may not last as long as I would like, but it!

Fell apart!!!

Loved the shoes. They were comfortable!! Only wore them to church. The down side!! They fell apart!! Left to go to church one morning and they came apart!! The strap across the toes came apart from the shoe!! Only wore them 3 or 4 times!! Beware!! I almost fell down, thank God there was something for me to hold on to so I didn't hit the ground!!!

Pretty but..

The shoe looks pretty but the pair I have looks more like a suede shoe and the left shoe had the numbers 123 itched on them. I still like them so I will keep them. If they can last on my feet all day I will get the other colors.

Loved the shoes!

I am extremely difficult to fit. I am a10.5. I purchased this shoe in 11 and was too big. But I must say that the footbed was comfy and padded and they were well made.
