The shoes are too small, need a bigger size

Very cute bootie. I simply adore the gold plastic pearl adornments, as it makes the look "pop". I had these in a 41, but since I am an 11, I jumped at the chance to get them in a 42. However, the 42 actually feels smaller. Odd. My foot completely fills the boot with less than zero room to spare. But that is true more often than not with this brand. I will note that the back of the heel has a hard ridge that bites into my heel. I had to put a heel cushion in, which shoved my toes even tighter against the front toebox, but it was already forming a blister. My toes will survive the insult, my heels will not. Hopefully, they will break in. And I hope that they will eventually add more size 43/44 options. 1 star removed due to the heel issue, which I've never had with their shoes before.

I wear a US size 8, which I have come to learn equates to a size 38.5 in Spring Step sizing. In other words, their shoes don't fit me. I have to order a size 39, which means they're always slightly big, but thick socks and/or an insole do the trick. As far as these boots, they are gorgeous. The red metallic leather is so shiny and pretty. But the laces were a garish red that clashed mightily with the boots. I ordered black and gold laces from Amazon, and both look much better than what came with the boots. Overall, I'm happy.

The red is flashy, enough to catch people's eye--these boots were quite popular and I received many compliments on them. They were comfortable all day. I appreciated the adjustability from the laces.

Omg, these are perfect! Just got them today in black, opened the box and immediately put them on. I've had them on for almost 5 hours now. Absolutely no break in period needed with these at all. Due to an ankle surgery, I have to be VERY finicky about how shoes and boots fit. Spring step has been my favorite brand for years now. Going to go back for more colors in this style!

These shoes look beautiful, however I didn't see a prop 65 warning on them when I bought them, otherwise I would not have purchased.

Well, I've been eyeing these boots for a while and I pulled the trigger to order the last pair of red in my size. They are quite funky! They are the most electric boots I own. They are so fun with the color scheme and I know they will get noticed as the red shimmers on my feet.

The shoe is beautiful and I love them. I normally order a size 40 but you were out of that size so I ordered a size 41. Tried them on and there is slot of toe room but otherwise they fit comfortably. Can’t wait for the weather to change so I can wear them.

I love the look of these but wish they came in flat style. All heels, even low heels, are slightly uncomfortable. I also did not know that only one side with the zipper was actually functional, almost ripped the thread on the other side thinking it was supposed to unzip.

This boot is beyond fantastic!! The leather and detail is second to none. Extremely comfortable.

I love these boots! I switched the laces out for gold ones and they really pop against the burgundy color! I had to order them a size smaller than my normal size because they did not have my size in stock. But they still fit and that's a plus! My only issue is that one of the shoes has a matte finish to the burgundy and the other is a liquid metal shine. I prefer the shine. It is odd they do not match in that regard. These are not soft rubber and thus silent walking shoes. They will hear you coming. lol.
