First, they run a little big. I ordered my usual size with my first pair, they were too big. Ordered an 8 thus time. Perfect. Easy to wear w/o socks. Super confy. Great shock absorption. Wonderful for working in the garden & walking in the rain.

Good. I had to wear them a few times before they were really comfortable but I am enjoying them as I wear them.

Great clogs! They are super comfy and I love that the insoles are removable. These came up true to size for me.

Horrible customer service. I was sent someone else's order and it was a hassle to return. It was taking too long for Spring Step to process the order so I canceled it and requested a refund.

These are like Crocs but more comfortable and in my estimation, more stylish. I bought the brown color and just love it!

The web site advertises that half size to the next full size will fit if you are a half size. However, I am a 6 1/2 and the shoe is too big. The shoe is a size 7. So, if you are a half size the shoe will be too big. In addition, the strap is too short. It seems that the manufacturer uses the same size strap for all shoe sizes, as this is my second attempt to order this shoe. If the strap, were longer( meaning it extends to the length of the shoe; and you are a half size, the shoe would work for you. Since the strap is too short, it pushes your foot forward and jams your toes alll the way to the front of shoe. And, you have a good inch of space at the back of the heal.

Excellent customer service! The shoe itself is advertised as a size 6.5/7.0. It is a size 7 (ho half sizes). The shoe is too big and I thought it would be okay. However, the strap for the shoe is too short. It seems that the manufacturer is using the same size strap for all shoe sizes; as this is my second attempt at buying this shoe. Since the strap seems too short, it pushed my toes to rub the front of the shoe even thought I have a good two inches of space at the heel.

I got a pair several years ago for the garden. They re so comfy (and have a little arch support) that I got another pair as inside shoes (we don’t wear outside shoes inside). Just right.

The shoe itself was flimsy and had no back support. It felt like I'd fall and twist me ankle. Due to being flimsy. The return process was awful. They charge $7 to return the shoes.

Was hesitant about joining the clog phase that’s going on, but I couldn't resist. I purchased these for the house. So glad that I did. The cushion and arch support has eased up some of the back pain from wearing slippers that were not suitable for me inside the house. These are just perfect!

This shoe is a must have in my opinion! So comfortable and I am very satisfied with this purchase.

These shoes look cute compared to the other plastic clogs out there by they do not stay on my feet unless the back strap is used. They are my size but not designed very well. I have gotten blisters from them also. Beware of this. I bought $8.00 clogs that stay on my feet when I walk.
