I wanted these shoes to be my new favorite loafers. I do have feet in the wide side, and they weren't offered in a wide width. That said, I did order a half size up hoping that would work. They are super cute, but unfortunately a bit snug. I'm hoping with wear they will stretch some.

I bought a pair last year in size 5-6/36 same size I own other Spring Step shoes that I found very comfortable. These shoes are made of a nice leather, cute style and footbed is cushioned and sole has a nice grip. But these shoes hurt my toes alot! Because of all the positives, I ordered new pair recently in 6-7/37 a size I have never had and they are comfortable. I am disappointed I had to pay for two pairs to have one to fit.

I got 8 1/2, as some reviews said to order larger than usual size which is 7 -8. Should have returned for a 9, but I wore them outside. They are cute and made well, but a little tight in the toes.

The shoes were gorgeous, but the right shoe (same size) was shorter than the left shoe. My right toenail turned black and blue after two wearings. Unfortunately, I had worn them out of the house and they would not accept a return because they could not resell them. I would not purchase shoes from their online site because of my experience, and also because they would sell something that in my opinion is defective.

I love this shoe so much, but unfortunately the size 42 was still a little too tight.

I have every pair every color, these are wonderful soft supple leather, true to size, great choice of colors.

After listening to the reviews I decided to order a half size larger and they fit great. Love the style and colors.

I have worn them inside for short periods trying to decide ….they are snug. I cannot decide whether they are true to size, I wear 11s and European sizes lean toward 10 1/2. I am hoping the leather will stretch some as I wear them.

Shoe size was way smaller. Wanted to exchange for larger size but was not available so had to pay my own shipping.There is zero arch support. They were pretty though, and nice leather.

As with my other shoes from Spring Step, these stop traffic. I love interesting shoes, and can't be bothered with the boring ones. I highly recommend this style, and can't wait to see what's next.

I bought these for my sister as she loves these shoes, has them in anther color. They go well with jeans and are truly comfortable. I bought one size up since in WI one wears socks when it is cold except if one is a teen. I have this shoe and get positive comments on the colors.

No way could I force my feet into these shoes! I ordered my usual size (36, which almost always fit - sometimes I need a 35.5). These are not the same quality as the other shoes I wear from Spring Step. The leather is lovely, the color is nice, but I wouldn't even bother to order a size up because you never know what the fit will be like. Beware!

I had exchanged a different pair of shoes for these. These were more expensive and I waited a long time for them. The shoes are beautiful, except they don’t fit right. They are way too small. I was dumb enough to assume the fit would run the same as the three previous pairs of Spring Step shoes I ordered. So I threw all the packing and put them on and went to work in a hurry. I noticed they were tight but I didn’t have time to run back to the house to change. learn from me, order the next size up in this shoe. I’m going to see if I am able to stretch them with something because they are very painful as they are right now.

I usually take a US 7 wide or 7.5 regular for most shoes. In these, I take a 39, the equivalent of US 8.5. They’re not just narrow but also very short! They’re cute enough to be worth the trouble to order and reorder them until I finally got my size. They’re comfortable right out of the box and I get compliments on them regularly. Beware though: once you’ve noticed that they look a bit like high-end baby shoes, it will be tough to unsee!

As a new customer, I bought two pairs of shoes, my customary size, from Spring Step. This pair of NEETA shoes was way too small. My toes pushed on the end, not merely touched, while the width was fine. Impossible to wear. So disappointed. The other pair fit perfectly. And since it appears I cannot rely on the sizing of shoes from this company and must therefore pay $7 to return this pair, I won't risk purchasing shoes from this company again.

The shoes are crafted from very nice leather. I would like them better if they were jyst a little longer.
