Very bad experience…. If you have a high arch, don’t buy it. The top of my foot was red and indent from in the middle. Overall it is very tight at the entrance. I am a size 8 and ordered size 9 still tight. Too bad I couldn’t return it since I use it. I really don’t recommend it if you have a high arch. Otherwise is a nice leather and comfortable sol.

I sized up after reading the reviews and it still didn’t fit. Shipping was very slow but the shoes were cute. I’ve returned them for another size up and hopefully this time they fit

Well I love design but it runs really small and the arch runs small also it runs about a size and half to small. The person I spoke to when ordering told me to order a size bigger so that’s what I did and they are still A size to small I wear a size 8 in everything but these shoes are small I wear a 38 in all the other sizes but these I was recommended to get a 39 and they are still small and the instep is really small to.

I bought the same shoes 15 years ago and was so excited to find them. What came was a shoe too small and they smelled like plastic. Utter disappointment. When I say they were too small…like outrageously small, probably 2 sizes too small. I’m so ANGRY. I have to pay for the return. So disgusting. Shame on this company. These are like KNOCKOFFS

This is my second pair of these clogs. I'm only just starting out wearing them, but my last pair was the most comfortable, fun and convenient I've ever had. I'm thrilled to have found them again. Just a word of warning: the advertised sizing is confusing. They run about a size smaller than what is posted. I've had to return 2 pairs that falsely claimed to be an American size 10: they were a half inch shorter than my foot!

Love the style, fit, color and design. Bring back the color block clogs too!

This used to be my favorite shoe. I had these shoes for a few years and then they wore out, so I purchased another pair. The new pair is not like the old pair. They are tight and small seems like I need the next 2 sizes up. The colors look different as well. I'll give them a try and break them in.

Excellent. They are something you can where when you want comfortable shoes. AND you get compliments. They do run small so believe the site. It does mention that.

This is my second pair of this style, a Lollipop Clog. I bought my first pair about 8-10 years ago and they finally began to fall apart about a year ago. I was thrilled to find out that I could replace them through Spring Step Shoes! Once I corrected the size, they are as good as my original pair!

I owned a pair of Lollipop clogs for many years and loved them. A couple of years ago, when my original pair got old I decided to replaced it with a new identical pair. My original Lollipop size was EU41, so I purchased a new pair in size EU41, just in a different color (purple). Just for a reference, my US shoe size is 10 medium. When the shoes arrived I was disappointed to discover that they ran small, and my heels were hanging off the heels of the shoes. I did not want to pay a return fee, so I kept them, hoping that they would become naturally wider with time. It did not happen. This year, I purchased a pair of Lollipops in size 42 (navy). It was extremely disappointing to me to see that the fit got even worse. The toe part of each shoe looked comfortably wide, but I could not slide my feet all the way in because of the small opening of each shoe. So, my heels are still hanging off the heels of the shoes in the same way they did with the size 41. Disappointing design change!

I tried them on but for a shoe that looks very comfy, the toe box wasn’t quite deep enough.It was disappointing.

Very comfortable, nice looking, good quality. Very colorful so whatever you choose to wear, they will look great with. Just love the look and fit. 😊

The shoes are GREAT!!!! on all levels

I tried 5-6 different clogs based on their good reviews but this is the winner. No need to break in due to the leather is soft and not hard on your skin(in&out). My flat feet loves the wide and no arch support but had enough cushion support. I usually have to wear walking sneakers for couple of miles walk but this shoe was comfortable enough for that too. I wear 7and 1/2 so ordered 38 but it’s too tight and little short. I reordered 39 and fits better with little room for socks too. Now I wear this shoe almost every day!

Extremely high quality. Saw my sister buy these and had to get them myself. We both have higher arches, and these support the area very nicely. Multi colors go with so many outfits.

These clogs are so cute and comfortable. I haven’t worn them outside yet but, I’m sure when I do complements will follow.

These shoes are so cute and seem very comfy and well made but they don’t come in a standard 10. I ordered the largest size available which claims to be 42 (10.5-11) and I normally wear a 41 (10) in spring step shoes. They are too small! My heel is falling off the back. I wish they came in a larger size :(

Ordered it one size larger than my old 10 year pair of same style. Fits well. My only complaint which is minor is that I prefer the heal strap of my old shoe. The elastic part on this strap is more wrinkled where as the elastic on the old shoe was just a flat piece of elastic so it wasn’t as obvious that it was a heel strap when worn over the top edge of the shoe. These were the only shoes that helped when I had fasciitis.

The shoe is extremely comfortable. This is actually the third pair I have purchased. The first pair I bought approximately 11 years ago and the leather portion still looks brand new.

ALL leather.....the shoe, the lining, the foot bed. (well, not the sole of course) I know you're not supposed to wear the same shoes every day....but, really can't help myself because they are sooooo comfortable. I said they run wide but they conform to the shape of my foot perfectly.
