The fake leather material immediately chipped. I loved the look but wish they were better quality. Would not buy again. I reached out to them to let them know and they basically responded “that’s normal wear and tear.” I had literally worn them for 15 minutes inside of the house and that’s it.

These boots are so cute and stylish, but they fit tight in the toe area. I ordered the correct size, but there was no wiggle room at all so I was forced to return them.

I liked them so much that, when the first pair wore out from use, I bought them again.

These are comfortable and like the larger toe box. Some boots squish toes. Not these!

They were very stylish and comfortable. Look great with trouser jeans but low enough heel that were easy to walk in.

The boot was exactly what i was looking for. When I received them, the foot bed seemed comfortable but I wasn't happy with how they hit/rubbed the front of my shin when moving. If they had been leather I would have been ok waiting for the leather to soften and stretch to become more comfortable but they were synthetic so that wasn't likely to improve. Had to return.

The quality of these books are top notch. The interior has fur which keeps your feet plenty warm in colder climates but not too warm that your feet are sweating. The only con is that the top of the shoe really rubs around my ankle and I've gotten sores but once the shoes are broken in it shouldn't be a problem.

Looking for a boot to wear at work. Lower heal provides all day comfort. I normally wear an 11.5 W to 12. I brought a larger size (13) so I could wear thicker socks for warmth. I liked them so much, I purchased the grey and the tan. The side zipper makes it easy to put on and take off.

In the past Spring Step branded boots have been true to size for me. This pair ran half a size small, more like the Patrizia boots, and I had to return them. This gets expensive, so I wish the sizing was consistent.
