These shoes are cute but they squeak when I walk, and the insoles started coming out when I take them off after the first few wears.

I had to return the shoes; they didn’t fit. Placed them with FedEx pickup promptly. Taking forever to get a refund. But the time they get back to Spring Step and then the time Spring Step takes to actually give the credit due, the process is very unfavorable to the customer. I’m waiting on multiple refunds. Will not order directly from Spring Step again.

I normally wear a size 38 but bought a 37 and I still have to wear s thick socks for the shoe to feel comfortable. Wish the heel was a little taller. Love the turquoise color and the quality of the product.

This is my 5th or 10th pair, at the moment I have 3 pairs, two of this style. I love the feel, how well they fit my foot. I also like how durable and well made they are. I have only thrown one pair away after years of use, and only because I gained weight and my feet were swelling lol and shoe didn't fit anymore.

The shoes are comfy, but the color is disappointing. I was expecting purple and got more of a cranberry color.

So comfortable and stylish. Everytime I wear the turquoise ones (I would call it jade -- very beautiful), I get compliments. I wear these at least once a week and often multiple people will comment on them in a day. The perfect shoe, no notes. I brought extra pairs so I will never go without.

I love thèse sooo much I have them in three colours! They are my go to for comfort and style! The fit is lovely , quality of leather is good and I wear them a lot! They are a great shoe!!!

My experience is not good, and I am tempted to post on social media and follow up with consumer protection avenues unless I get some answers. I returned a pair of shoes that were not what I ordered. I followed all instructions. I sent the tracking number for Fed Ex. I emailed for update on return. I have not received a refund. This is not good customer service, and I do not plan to order from this company again.They need to look at my order, the FEd Ex # I gave them, and issue me a refund.

I wear a D width and these shoes fit me perfectly. They are very comfortable and look amazing. I’m looking to purchase another pair in a similar style.

Very comfortable and still stylish

I have to wear an insert with my shoes now and these shoes have enough space to accommodate the insert. They are super comfy from day one and get more comfortable as time goes on. That is why when my first pair wore out, I had to get another pair. I get compliments on them all the time. Super cute for work.

I’m not as jazzed on the fit as all of the other Spring Step shoes I own but believe once they break in they will be less stiff and flat .

These shoes are beautifully made and extremely comfortable. They basically run true to size and are comfortably wide in the toe box. While they look teal, they are more green than blue. I would definitely buy again.

They are very comfortable although the toe box is much wider that I thought it would be. I have to wear socks so as not to have it “flop.

Love the shoes (but I love all my L’Artistes — and I do mean all). They run true to size, are comfortable, and I can wear them all day without getting tired achy feet. On top of those practical reasons, they are beautiful and make my feet feel beautiful.

I ordered both red and black Gloss shoes along with a black Dezi. The Dezi was great but they sent me the wrong color (black with red flower on top). As for the Gloss, the leather felt more like rubber. The lining of the shoes was not glued in and looked cheaply made. I have had the Dezi in red for several years and love them. Someone complements these shoes every single time I wear them. I will try again to get the correct color but will not be ordering the Gloss.
