These boots are beautiful BUT the size is WAY off. I own 11 pair of their boots, all the same size and they fit like a glove and very comfy. When these arrived, along with another pair of their boots, I could not believe the size difference. I barely got my foot in the boot and it was so tight I could never have worn them. The other pair, a different design, fit perfectly, just like my others, I do not understand why these fit so very differently but they certainly do. Ashamed because they are a beautiful boot! I would rate the look at a 5 star but because of the off sizing, I rated it much lower.

Great shoes, but I will have to give them away because they are too small.

I originally bought these boots in my usual size 5, but exchanged them for a size up as they were extremely small. I wasn't sure if ordering a size up would work but I am satisfied with them even though they are not as comfy as other L'Artiste boots and shoes that I happily own! Very cute.Great customer service both by phone and email . . . Love this company, they are top notch with beyond excellent footwear, customer service, return/exchange policies, and very quick delivery too!

Love other purchases from this brand; these are too dark in color, too tight in the fit. Tried wearing them for 5 minutes, couldn’t bear the pinch. Have to return them. :-(

Overall stunning! Order a size up and it should work perfectly. I have narrow feet, even ordering a size up felt tight, but with some wear I'm hoping they will loosen up. Love the look! I have them in Olive now, considering getting them in navy and bordeaux as well... I have more summer shoes to order, but come fall I will likely order the other colors. :)

I went up a size due to other reviews I've seen and these just did not fit well overall. The toe area was too tight but the length was a little long. The material is hard and stiff. It didn't conform to the shape of my foot - meaning when I walked it bulged out. It looked too big but felt too small. Just really a weird fit. Such a shame because the boot itself is really pretty and matched a purse, which is why I bought them. For the price, I couldn't justify keeping such an uncomfortable shoe.

Everything about this company is Quality #1. The style, craftmanship, quality of the shoe / boot & overall comfort when wearing. Their customer service is top notch as well. I would highly recommend theseshoes / boots. You definitely get what you paid for (which is rare these days)

I had to return because they were too small.

Easy ordering and quick shipping. Love my first pair of boots. Got the insole pads as well. Wore them right out of the box for a night on the town. Are so unique everyone commented on them. Will be getting many more!!!!

These bookies are comfortable to wear. Recommend getting next size up due to narrowing at the toe.

Bad. I love L’Artiste, have 2 other pair that fit perfectly. Toes are way too narrow-I can’t wear these. Wish I could return. :(

Unfortunately the seam across the toes was too tight. I had to return them. Otherwise beautiful. Need a bigger toe box.

These are beautiful shoes, but not what I expected. I have bought a few pairs of spring steps. You definitely want to go one size up from what you normally wear. I returned these, as the toe box was too pointy/narrow for my liking. They’re so beautiful and good quality, but I could tell they weren’t going to be comfortable for me. The return process was very easy.I exchanged for a new pair of Souza booties, which I love!

I love my new boots - they do run a bit small though and had to order up as size. The new pair is just a little roomy - nothing that can’t be corrected with a thin sock. I adore the look of these boots. Got the navy.

These shoes are abnormal. Im so glad i purchased these. They're very comfortable and suit your feet.
