Nice but too small

My favorite pair of shoes are clogs from Spring Step so I ordered another pair in the same size. They were way too small and narrow so I had to return them. I could not evaluate the arch since my foot would not fit in them.

I LOVE these!!

For the past 3 years, I haven't been able to wear any shoes other than my Dawgs, due to tendon damage & a bunch of other health issues. I was determined to find real shoes that I wear comfortably. I searched for "orthopedic shoes that aren't ugly" and the Spring Step site came up!! I bought the Chino Clogs in wide, since it's winter & might need to wear thick socks. They made an incredible difference in my ability to walk & the distance I could walk in these! I ordered another pair in a medium size for when I don't need thick socks. I probably sound like a commercial for these shoes, but they are amazing & so cute besides!! I'd give them infinite stars if that was an option!!

Returning

Did not fit. Ordering directly from Spring Steps was a mistake. I have several returns still in progress taking way too long. If I order from Amazon or other, refunded as soon as I drop off the return and it’s scanned. Will not order directly from Spring Steps again.

Disappointing

I was very excited to try these— I love clogs but they are too small for a 9 1/2 / 41 size. I even tried bandaging my toes to no avail. Now I’m trying to find a friend who they might fit. The box is gone.

Love the look but…

The shoes are lovely and I get a lot of comments on them, but I’m having trouble keeping them on my feet! The shoe box is a bit large for me and when I wear socks with them I have to try to keep them from coming off every time I step

Most Comfortable Shoes Ever!

First the style caught my eye. I don’t like solid black shoes but these with the design are PERFECT!! Sizing

I loved the item and was sure they would be comfortable. However I am just in between your sizing. I am a size 9 so I bought 9.5-10 per all the reviews saying the shoes ran small. Paid for the return when buying. I returned to get the next size larger which was 10.5-11. Too big! Thank you for the good customer service. I am disappointed as I love the style of your shoes.

These clogs were difficult for me to find the correct fit. My usual size of 40 was too small. I returned for 41, and they are a little too big. They are well made and are a beautiful pair of clogs. I am going to keep them and hope to find an insert for a better fit.

My feet are smiling!

I love Springstep shoes I have small, wide, square feet. They fit me perfectly. They are supportive and cushy. The toes are not pinched off but comfortably squared, as your feet are shaped. I’ll be ordering more.
