They are cute. I purchased mine through Amazon. I wasn’t wearing them much. The bottom in both sandals cracked. The bottom is not flexible at all.

These were my favorite pair of shoes in the whole world. They were beautiful and so comfortable for all of one week. The heel strap broke in the middle of my day walking on flat ground rendering the shoes unwalkable. I tried to reach out to the company and got no response. Extremely disappointed.

I am honestly so upset to say that these were my favorite shoes I have ever purchased for myself. They were so cute, comfortable, and convenient with the Velcro strap. I wore them for one week when the back strap snapped. I reached out to customer service and got no reply to my request for a replacement. I am so disappointed and do not recommend based on this experience.

This is the most fun you can get from a pair of shoes. Everything about them looks special. I like quirky mixed with pretty, and I especially like quality. These sandals squarely hit all three targets. I eagerly await warm weather when I can take these beauties out for a spin.Get some - today!

I have a couple other pairs of Spring Step shoes. I think that they are beautiful and comfortable.

Tried another pair and both pairs the straps broke with normal wear. Customer service did not help either and were rude.

The strap is about to break already. This has happened on 2 previous pairs of this shoe and I thought it was a defect. But it seems to just not be well made

I wore these sandals for 2 weeks and they are cute and comfortable. But after 2 weeks the sole got cracked. And they weren't cheap. I got them through Amazon and because had passed a month after I used them, I couldn't return them. L'artiste told me to talk to the seller like is not their product.

Nice cushioning, leather upper very cool, but stiff.

I really like the shoes. Very cute. Had to order a size larger as they run small, Would like a little better arch but overall very comfy. You will need to wear a couple times fit shorter durations as leather is stiff initially but does get more pliable.

I own all colors and actually two of the navy(strap broke but I had sho repair fix it). I own and love too many L’Artiste shoes!

This is my third pair. These sandals make people smile wherever I wear them.My first pair, the Velcro stopped holding and then the stitching came undone. I had already bought a second pair ready for this year. Since the first pair didn’t hold up well, I purchased my third pair to have in reserve. It’s rare to find a sandal I can wear any time, any place anywhere that work for all occasions. They are comfortable and fun.

I love the look of these shoes. Wore them for about 3 mos (seasonal shoes) and then wore them this spring, the soles cracked. When I contacted Spring Step, they said there is only a 6 month warranty. I have bought many pairs of shoes from this company as it is my favorite brand, but never had an issue in the past. Not sure what's happened that this shoe isn't the same quality of my previously purchased shoes.

I wear a size 10.5 normally and the 10-11 size my toes hung off about 2 inches. Definitely run small.

Flowers yes. Better without them? Of course. But these just look so very nice that even some flowers can't detract from them. I used leather dye to turn the white parts purple. Sooo impressive. And the height and comfort are perfect, even with y torn ligaments and meniscus.

I had to return the shoes. Seems to run small in length and wide in the width.

These sandals are perfect for me! I chose the green/burgundy combo which is stunning. I love the sole on these sandals as well as the comfortable fit. The adjustability of the straps in very important as well. The L’Artiste line always delivers on beauty and style!

I really love this style. The height is just right. I have double knee injuries, and so can no longer wear all my clunky heeled shoes. So these give me some height — without haraming my knees, even on the cobblestone streets. They style is cute and so very comfortable.

Well, I liked the product but the website bounced around a bit when I ordered them. I didn't pay attention closely to which color popped up when ordering. The original picture showed the right color i wanted but when i hit order, the first color option came up not what on the picture. That was frustrating! Now I am exchanging them for the color I want. Customer service was difficult to get a hold of but they finally responded but it was too late to change the original order

I love these shoes, they are very comfortable, and every time I wear them, I get many compliments. However, the ankle strap has come unglued, and I have had it repaired twice. It has just happened again and I’m very disappointed. I’m going to take them back and get another pair, if possible.

Horrible customer service! I sent the shoes back to exchange them for a different size shoes were not worth the money, I got an email stating The could not exchange or refund because they had been worn which was not true I tried them on they were to small the bottoms are so white anything makes them look dirty. I didnt even have them on for 10 min. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!

These shoes are great on my wide feet, comfortable, and attractive. However, I do have two criticisms. 1) The ankle strap is a little low on the heel. At first I was worried it would pop loose. It doesn't - but it doesn't provide ankle support, either, and it can feel odd when you first wear them. 2) My pair arrived missing a flower petal. I'm not going to send a pair of shoes to the landfill for a minor flaw, but it seems like this could have been caught in manufacturing. I ended up removing the same part on the other shoe so they matched.

These sandals surprised me by being very comfortable to wear almost out of the box. They'll add a little pizzazz to a jeans and shirt outfit.

I purchased these shoes last year and liked them so much I bought a new pair this year.I was sent two odd shoes.A replacement could not be sent until they received the odd ones, which in a heatwave would have left me shoeless. I was told I could buy another pair that would arrive sooner than if they waited to get the two odd shoes back and then sent another pair.I ordered a second pair.The return has finally been processed and I was refunded less than I paid.
