They shipped through FedEx after a long wait time. I was excited for this handbag and thought it was beautiful. When it arrived, it was packaged haphazardly in the box alongside the shoes I ordered. The bag was just thrown in there and had no support inside. It arrived to me wrinkly and huge and ugly. It’s the big bird ugly purse and I don’t think I’ve ever hated a purse before but I hate this. It’s flimsy and wrinkly and the pieces of leather look cheap and pasted on. I’ve bought so many shoes from this company and love them. I’ve wanted one of their purses for years and felt like it was meant to be with this one because I love feathered serpents. But this is truly hideous. Save your money. I’m more frustrated than the average bear because I’m terrible at returning things. I wind up just keeping them to avoid the hassle. Please, potential customer, I want to cry with how much I hate this bag and experience of getting something this expensive alongside the shoes I ordered through FedEx

It shipped through FedEx after a decently long wait time. It arrived just now completely wrinkled, it just haphazardly thrown in the box along with the shoes I ordered. I honestly might cry. I was very excited for this and it’s ugly. It’s huge. I didn’t expect it to be that big. But the feathered are small and wrinkled and the bag has no shape, it’s flimsy. It’s a huge, ugly, wrinkly eye sore. I hate it. And I was so excited for this and spent honestly quite a bit of money on it for it to be shipped so carelessly. I’ve bought many things from this brand and routinely tell people about their shoes. Now I have a horrible taste in my mouth about this company because any business that can package a purse like that where I’ve already paid for it and spent my hard earned money on it, clearly doesn’t care about their customers. I mean this is ugly and looks nothing like the picture. It’s ugly. It is so ugly and it was so expensive and I waited so long for it.
