This boot is fabulous, just wonderful!! I have many of L'Artiste boots, but I can't walk in heals any longer, so sad. So all my boots have low to no heal, I was worried about this small heal, but love this boot, so far my favorite. Now that I have walked a day in these beautiful gals, I will buying the other two colors! I got compliments, I felt sassy, I looked great, and I didn't have pains and old person hurt at the end of the day! LArtiste rocks! I wish I would have found you when I was younger.

Magical & Comfortable

My husband bought these for my birthday, and I absolutely love them. They're true to size, and even though I have a bit of a wide foot, they still fit very well. I can wear them all day while at work or out at night, and the wide heel makes them easy to navigate after tearing tendons in my ankle. I get so many compliments, especially if people see them in the sun - they're magical!

Too Narrow/Not Purple

I ended up returning these because they’re just a little too narrow. I wish they offered a wide option. Also, the color on these is more of a red, than purple. The only purple are the laces. I did love the heel though, and they seem comfortable to walk in, they just didn’t fit my feet right. I tried going up a size but then they made my foot look bigger and my heel moved around. They do fit true to size, but I wouldn’t recommend these if you have wide feet. They are overall a beautiful boot and wished they fit

These are gorgeous boots as far as the color and pattern are concerned. The heels are beautiful. BUT the SHAPE? They look like witch shoes — looong pointy toes, and wayyyyy too big.

Beautiful, but Poor Fit

This boot is exceptionally crafted and beautiful. In photos it appears more of a bootie style that would stop just about the ankles. Instead, the boot would be about mid-calf. As a woman with thick calves, the boot would not even zip. Too bad for me!

Gorgeous AND super comfy!

These shoes are such quality- in design, details, and comfort. I have a painful bunion that does not allow me to wear a heel of any sort, so I was not too sure these would work out, but my goodness! Some of the most comfortable well-cushioned shoes I have ever worn! The artistry and detail are absolutely gorgeous.

Amazing! I have difficulty finding shoes that are really comfortable, but these boots are incredibly comfortable, well-constructed, and truly beautiful. Exactly my style. I would highly recommend these to anyone who likes Victorian style and a great fit. They are also available in a selection of colors. I chose purple.

Purple Originala Boots

This was the first pair of L'artist shoes I was disappointed in. They were supposed to be purple, my favorite color, and they weren't. They are more of a burgundy or maroon, definitely not purple. I was so looking forward to getting them and when they came I couldn't believe they called them purple. It was a beautiful pair of boots, if you wanted a pair in that particular color, however it wasn't a color I wanted.
