“Free” Bag - with hidden fees

Got this bag “free” with a substantial order of shoes. Not needed but a bonus “gift.” What is not explained very well is that you are charged for this bag of you return any shoes from the same order. After submitting the returns anddespite still being well over the minimum order to receive this “free gift” bag, I was charged for it, later. Very scammy and with all the extra fees charged to make returns, not having money returned back to my card for a warranty issue (receiving a store credit instead — for improperly made shoes that fell apart), I’m not a happy customer anymore. Plus, the bag isn’t attractive bag with the eyesore logo graphic. Blech!! And, the other reviews for this bag are actually reviews for shoes — not the bag.

I have bought 4 pairs of this style. The first 3 pairs were made in Italy. This pair was made in China. They fit much smaller and at first I was disappointed. But they have stretched out a bit and now, they are perfect. The are also so cute and I have received many compliments.
