These shoes were so comfortable, I really badly wanted to keep them. I did size that I have a size and that was accurate.However, the dye e job on the tip of the shoes was so poor.. and made the shoes look old or worn. The shoes were brand new, but I did decide to return them as aesthetically, they looked old.

I returned the boots. Not great overall because sent me the wrong product.

I really like this shoe. It fits well and is very stable. I love the fun pop of color. I will be looking for more shoes from this brand. Because I have high arches, I do need to wear my arch supports in the shoe.

These were my very first pair of L'artiste shoes.. and I am super thrilled with them. I've had them for over a year, and they are as comfortable today as on day one.

This is a great standard fitting shoe. I have a narrow foot, so with the tie, I am able to bring in the shoe to hug my foot. The style is antique with a flair. Nice walking shoe.

I usually wear flats, and these are just as comfortable. I can walk forever in them. I put them on the first time, and they were so comfortable.I normally wear a nine, but I bought a 9 1/2 and they are perfect. Lots of compliments!

These shoes are so cute and stylish, and very comfortable, easy to walk in and I can wear them for hours. They are worth creating an outfit around to show them off. They are well made. I am normally a 10 or 10.5 US depending on the shoe, so I ordered the European 42 which is the 10.5-11 equivalent and they fit great. Width was normal.

Super comfortable a durable. The back doesn’t grip the heel as well.

Beautiful! Tried them with and without socks with the size 37. With socks, they were a perfect fit at a size 7. Without socks, they fit well. They are very comfortable. They look black in the photos but they are actually a dark plum color.

I love these shoes! I get compliments whenever I wear them! I wouldn't say they are quite as instantly out of the box comfortable as some other heels in the same style, but still relatively comfy for the heel height and well worth it for the style. Two things to note: One it's very difficult to tighten the laces without causing a lot of pain on the top of your foot where they eyelets are, so make sure to get a size that fits, as the laces are more for decoration than sizing adjustment. Two, the toe is more purple than it looks in the picture. Not a super aggressive purple, but the grey definitely has more purple undertones than it looks like in the product photo.

This shoe has style and comfort. I treated myself for my birthday and LOVE this shoe. It's versatile as well, dress it up or down. I LOVE THIS SHOE!!

The first thing I thought when I first put them on was how comfortable they were. Thevfitvwas perfect and all my friends loved their looks.

I love these shoes and impulse bought them as soon as I saw them! Spring Step is the only place I get all my (non-athletic) shoes from and again I wasn't disappointed. I will say this pair was not as "out of the box comfortable" as other pairs of similar spring Step heels I've purchased (like the bardot - looks like the same shape). They're still relatively comfortable, but while wearing them it hurts the top of my foot where the eyelets for the laces are. I've had some luck loosening the laces, but the shoe itself fits correctly, something about the eyelets/laces causes pain in the top of my foot which I've never experienced with similar shoes. I did receive my first pair damaged on the back heel, but I took pictures and emailed spring Step and they were super helpful and let me exchange them without incurring any cost.

Finally found a name brand shoe that fit’s. I am a size 5 and always had a hard time. Love them and have been buying more. Hope they look and feel just as good!

So wanted these boots to work for me, but sadly way too wide :( Had to return them. they are made so well and so pretty but not for my 9.5 narrow foot
