Same style same size shoe ordered neither fit for different reasons

Bought 2 pairs professional Ferrara shoes same size. My heel lifted out of the bird when I walked. The Ferrara dog pattern was too short, very shallow in the heel. My review reflects the sizing discrepancies, neither pair fitting for different reasons. I love the idea of these shoes and really love the color/pattern choices, so I am disappointed.

SPRING STEP PRO FERRARA-BIRD SLIP-ON SHOES

The insert provided with holes needed to be removed so I could get my foot in with a thin sock. There really is no arch support.

Comfy and cute shoes

They are super comfortable. They are waterproof which is an added plus. I love birds and I love the pattern on the shoes. My good friend has a very small foot. I wish they were offered in sizes smaller that 5.5.
