don't bother!
On the advice of a relative, I tried on a size 8 1/2 slipper and it fit nice and snug and had great support, so I ordered a pair. They were HUGE on me - not like her pair at all. They were like flip flops. The heel was wide and the depth of the toe box made them look and feel too large. Length is correct, but come on guys! Go back to original design - we don't all have WIDE WIDTH.

AWESOME!!
This was a gift for my Sister and I had to give them to her right away. She's been complaining about her old slippers that were falling apart. She had no clue I was going to get her a new pair. She absolutely loves them. Just seeing the look on her face as she walked with them on, was enough to make me feel better than she did. They fit great and she was so happy, I was just as happy too.

A little short
This slipper is nice looking and comfortable but it does run a little short. Because it is open on top, if you tend to walk out of shoes, you may want to consider a different style.

omg..the best for tender feet and ankles
I have fused ankles due to degenerative bone disease so I need a firm sole for support. I have not had a pair of slippers for several years, leaving my toes to chill during winter. these slippers are not only supportive but toasty as well. I bought another pair for $85 that seemed at the time, to be the best I could find. the cindy slipper is not only better but priced better. I will definitely get another pair in the future.
