I have 4 sets of these. They really help my feet from slipping and sliding in shoes. I have various issues on my right foot and these insteps really help.

These are spares, so I haven't officially used them yet. Tested them out and they felt pretty thin, so not sure how much cushion/comfort they will ultimately provide. Anyway, good to keep and have them just in case if needed for new shoes.
