I’m normally a size 8 wide. I ordered size 8 1/2 (EU 39) which typically is fine especially for a shoe in this style with a seemingly ample toe-box. The Spring Step “Burbank” clog that I ordered years ago and I’m still wearing was fine in a 39. These shoes were quite small, although they were OK with stretching. As other reviewers have said, sizing doesn’t seem to be consistent even within the SpringStep line. But these shoes were so beautiful that I was willing to work with them .

I was hoping for a better arch support, short of that, a removable insole. Not sure why they don’t make them removable. The shoes are pretty though!

They are cute but the leather is stiff and I don't think that they will be very comfortable.

Overall, it was excellent. I did have to get a different (bigger) size, but they worked out after all! Love them!

The shoe is very beautiful and just the style I was looking for. Incredibly small across the width of the shoe. I normally wear a 7 in this style of shoe and thought I better get the 7.5-8 size just to be safe. Nope...they were too small and narrow. I had to return them. I don't think the next size up will do because they'll be too long. It's a shame because they are beautiful If you have a bunion then forget these shoes.

Shoes are even more stunning than the photo showed. Overall, the fit is good with roomy toe box. A bit snug in the heels. My opinion is they run just a tad small.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable these shoes are. They have excellent cushioning and support. They run true to size for the L’artiste brand, which means you have to go up one size from what you usually wear. I wear a US Women’s 10, or EU 41, so I get the size 42, which is US Women 10.5-11, and they fit perfectly. Not only are they comfortable, but they are absolutely beautiful in their design. They have plenty of room in the toe box, and they have the arch support I need to prevent my plantar fasciitis from acting up. Highly recommend. I expect the leather to hold up well like my other L’artiste shoes.

Very cute shoe so I was disappointed in the sizing. The width is comfortable but the sizing runs small. I even tried a size larger than it was still too small. I've been trying to exchange or return them but not having any luck with customer support getting back to me.
