I was looking for some black sandals with just a little height and a pinch of extra flair. These gorgeous sandals with the cork footbed checked all my boxes - fit, comfort, heel height, and classic style.

Love the fit of these shoes, however because of a previous injury I was unable to wear them and they had to be returned. Spring Step was very courteous about the return process.

I really love these shoes. I'm always looking for the actual leather shoes from Spring Step (not the synthetic ones) because they're more sustainable and long lasting. I was really thrilled to see these ones with the gorgeous colors-- I bought the green ones, and they are just as gorgeous in person. They match many of my green clothes and add a really nice pop of color to more neutral outfits. I also really like the heel height. It's enough to feel a little fancy but still totally casual. I've gotten lots of compliments on them.My shoe size is a slightly large 7.5 US, so the EU size 38 is always a touch big for me in Spring Step's sandals (not the boots for whatever reason). The slight bigness makes them a little bit wobbly so I do have to be careful. I think if you're on the small side of the size range you could potentially size down, but it's just a guess.

Just enough arch support to keep my feet & legs comfortable. Just enough style to go out to dinner or just visit with friends. Enough height to give me a lift, and not look like a beach sandal. Not high enough to be unstable. Love the deep rich colors. Easy on & off.
