However, significant sizing issues emerged - many found them running small, tight, or too wide. Some noted stiff leather and durability concerns with stitching.

I love the look and feel of the sandals. But they do not hold up. They are the third pair i have had to purchase. After two months the leather is rolling and the thread is loose or broken.
They are my new favorite! Feel as if made just for me, no break in time, comfortable all day!

Beautiful as always, comfortable as always. I wear a 39 in Spring Step and this does seem to run a bit smaller than ones I’ve purchased in the past but not enough so that I needed to exchange them. The colors are bright and gorgeous, excellent quality. I will also say for a low-heel that the arch support is great. However, I do not like the new plastic-type material on the bottom. It is very stiff and slippery until you scuff them up. I find it a bit dangerous and wish Spring Step would return to using what was used in the past.
Second time of buying the same sandals love them. Very comfortable

Very pretty shoe but I ordered my usual size that has worked for numerous Spring Step shoes and literally couldn’t even get my feet into these, easily at least two sizes too small though the shoe itself indicated it was my normal size.

Bought them for my girlfriend and she adores them. Thoughtfully made and well crafted. I recommend sizing up at least 1/2 size as they run just slightly small.
