I own many pairs of Spring step shoes although I have onky been a customer for less than 5 years. However I am disappointed and disgusted by the quality of the shoes. See the photos, the shoes fall apart after a couple of years. Look at side by side comparison to my Dankso n Bruno that I've owned for more than 10years...it's a shame. One pair literally crumbled, ...it's the first time I've seen a pair of shoes done that. I was lured by Spring steps pretty designs but feel cheated for the quality. I felt I truly need to share this. Perhaps the company may take action to improve it's quality but I'm not taking any risks.

Originally I found a pair of these at a yard sale. They were beautiful! I couldn't believe my luck! They were a little bit different design but the same artiste and the same design idea. I ended up wearing them OUT and panicked because they were SO pretty and I could wear ANY color with them. So, I bit the bullet and bought a brand new pair ( and a different design on them) on this site and loved them so much I ordered them in a different color as well because why not since there's a vast variety? I get tons of compliments on them! Love these L'artitse designs! I can't wait to see what next year's designs look like because no matter what, I will order from them AGAIN!
