I just got these a few days ago. They are a little higher than I am used to because of the platform, the pitch is a little bit steeper as well, but I think I need to size down half a size. I am going to order a size down and see if that helps. But I feel incredibly safe in these because the texture of the sole grips the ground nicely due to the rubber basketweave texture. Love the Velcro as well. Really beautiful floral design.

I love my shoes. I am usually a bigger size and I sized down one and they fit well. I got them thinking they were similar to another shoe lartiste makes. And they’re pretty similar, except the toe area is a little tighter which is my only critique. Love the look of the shoes they are really good quality compared to a lot of the shit plastic shoes people pass off as footwear these days. Will definitely buy more shoes from this brand if they make more similar pumps. Could do with no holes in the toe area as well but that’s a very very small critique.

I returned these because they didn’t look good on me. The real problem, however, is the company itself. Took nearly 2 weeks from the date they received them back to process my refund. I complained to them and that just delayed it further. I have never heard of a merchant that retaliates against a customer for complaining about their service. They issued my refund on the very last day possible. I have returned more shoes to them. In fact, I might return them all and buy somewhere else. In short, this company sucks.

I love the show style and comfort. But the come with a strong odor like made in china odor. I previously bought the same shoe style different color at DSW, online also but they didnt have that odor so I was a bit disappointed with that.
