I love these boots. They fit perfectly and are comfortable right out of the box.

They are my absolute favorite! I have bought 4 colors! I have issues with my feet and wear orthotics. They fit inside perfectly and the boots are so comfortable!

These shoes are super soft! Very comfortable! They run short though. Had to return for a half sz larger. Usually wear an 8.5 US and needed to return for a 9.0. Was a bit floppy on my feet. Put an insert n the shoes and made them a perfect fit!

I love the look of the Pomeroy Boot and finally got a pair in Olive Green. I normally wear a size 41 or us 10, although in some boots and sneakers I can wear a 9.5. My Pomeroys runs a half size small -- my foot is pretty crammed in the size 41. Feels like a 9/9.5 size instead of a 9.5/10. Leather is thin and buttery soft so it will stretch in width but of course not in length. I can wear these only with very thin socks.

I forgot that your sizes run small.I usually wear a 8.5 but they were to small.However your customer service team is wonderful and they exchanged.

The fit with these is very strange, even though I normally have no problem with buying shoes in the exact size I received. My toes hit the toe box, and my heels are wobbly in the wide heel and upper area. I hope they'll stretch a little in the toes if I try wearing them later with socks, which may also help with the width. Not much support. I love Spring Step sandals, but I don't think I'll try ordering boots or shoes again unless I can try them on first in person!

They did not work out for me. Not enough support in them.

I could not keep them, as they did not have enough arch support for my arthritic feet.

I love the style of this shoe. Finally bought it after it went on sale. However, I am disappointed that I can't wear them because the toe box is so narrow that it hurts my toes. I am returning them.

After wearing my shoes one dat in the house, one of the side stitches came loose. Spring Step refunded part of my purchase. Very nice gesture.

These arrived quickly after I placed my order. The first time I wore them, I went Christmas shopping and basically wore them all day. They fit perfectly and were so comfortable! I did a lot of walking and my feet did not hurt at all. They were that comfortable right out of the box. That evening after I got home, I brought myself a Christmas present which was another pair of these boots in black. I’ve never had a pair of boots that were that comfortable right out of the box. The leather is nice and soft and they are well made. I was very pleased with my purchase.
