I don’t know who would find these to fit, as there is no arch support and the back of the book keeps slipping off as you walk … it is certainly not worth the price or any other price.

I have the Pomeroy boots that are nearly the same, except that this bootie has an arch insert -and an extra sole for extra height and durability. So I ordered it in the same size of my Pomeroy (as is the same as all of my Spring Step shoes & booties). It was swimming when I put it on. So I compared the soles to the Pomeroy - and this one was about a half inch longer. Although both say 37, this bootie was clearly marked incorrectly, with the wrong size . It’s really upsetting for me as I had to pay a non-refundable delivery service fee to have it (like all my pkgs) brought to me in another country. And I’ll have to pay to gave it bright back to the border to be put in the mail for return. So it likely fits true to size / but I have no idea, as this bootie was clearly marked with the wrong size.

I returned as I was directed to do. Got an email that they were received but have not gotten my new ones in a smaller size yet.

Beautiful boot with great quality. Only one thing... I always wear the same size in Spring Step but, this boot runs short.... my front toe hits which make the boot uncomfortable.

These boots were comfortable the moment I put them on. They felt like slippers. I wore them all day at work and my feet felt good. I love these boots.
