Purchased the black booties with beautiful green tooled design in the heel. Antique brass highlights are lovely. Very comfortable. I wear size 8-8.5, depending on the shoe brand. Consistently wear size 8.5 (39) in Spring Steps. Insole is not removable, with adequate cushion and moderate arch support. Happy purchase.

I purchased these boots to wear to my daughters wedding in October that was being held at a Barn venue in VT. I ordered a 1/2 size up from my normal size for comfort with socks. I have only worn these twice now, once at the wedding (for about 2 hours) and today. I have on regular boot socks that are not thick and these are so narrow and tight on my foot that they hurt. Sad because I love the style and the quality but the width is just killing me. For reference I wear an 8M - I have never needed to purchase a WIDE width in a shoe.

The quality looks handmade! These boots are so pretty I wanted to buy an outfit to go with them :) I have narrow feet and small ankles. It was nice to find a boot that fits.

I am so happy that I found L`ARTISTE selections and I will get shoes from them forever! This one is a beauty and looks fancy. My only regret is that I cannot see all the colors in person since I cannot be sure which one I like the most. I went with the black one to be able to wear it with everything.

I have these in brown, and they are more stunning than the photo! The style makes the toe a bit narrow for me, so will be stretching them a bit before wearing them out.

Love my boots! I usually wear a wide, and because several comments stated the boot was narrow and they ordered the next size larger, I did. Unfortunately, it was too large and it was necessary to return and order my usual size. Thankfully it was a perfect fit! They are probably the most comfortable I have ever worn. Have had many comments on them. I will most certainly order Spring Steps again. As an aside, Customer Service was most helpful in making my return. I received notice when they received the boots and within 5 days the money was credited to my account.

The shoes look great. Love the different style. The shoe didn’t fit me very well and I had to return.

I first order a size 38 (I normally wear size 8) but they were too tight so I had to return them and exchange them for 38.5. They were the right size and very comfortable to wear. These cool boots are for you if you love red. They are a bit darker in the toe area but that’s the way it’s supposed t look. Love the pretty design around ankle. I get compliments every time I wear them. I recommend ordering 1/2 size up.

This boot required a bit of "breaking in" but after that, it was very comfortable. I especially like the material in the front of the boot around the ankle.

This is my first pair of boots L’Artiste and I am super happy. I had bought from this brand before and the shoes are soft and comfortable. This one was better than I expected. They fit perfect in size and width ( I wear 6.5 and I always buy 37 ) I was able to walk a lot on the first day.
