Sizing was off - soles very thin
I have many pairs of shoes from Spring Step brands and they are wonderful generally. These, unfortunately were not for me. The sizing was off - I am usually a 36 and I ordered both a pair in 36 and 37, due to reviews on sizing. The 36 was too short and the 37 was just too big all around. The sole is also not very stiff for being an inch or so - it seemed that you could feel pebbles on the ground through them and we have a gravel driveway, so that would not be comfortable for me. I ordered a pair of the Emerson instead and do hope they will work out better.
DIDN'T LIKE THE MATERIAL
I HAVE ALREADY TURN A PAIR BACK BECAUSE I RUN TO BIG, AND ASK THEM TO REPLACE IT WITH THE NEXT SMALLER SIZE. THEY SENT ME THE SAME SIZE BACK. SO I NOW HAVE TO RETURN THEM BACK ALONG WITH ANOTHER COLOR LIKE THE SHOE I RETURN. I HAVE A GOLD AND WHILE RETURN AND NOW THEY WILL COST ME SHIPPING FEE. WHICH I DON'T SEEM IT'S FARE SINCE THE SENT ME SAME SHOE BACK . NOT HAPPEN WITH RETURNS.
Turquoise slip ons
I already have a pair of these shoes and love them so much I purchased a second pair in a different color. They are so comfortable.
Repeat buy not as great as the first
I ordered this shoe either summer of 2022 or 2021 and I loved it so much, wore it out! I received so many compliments on it too. I ordered it again this past spring and it was not the same, did not fit like the other pair. The right one just did not fit the best, the outer part just did not feel right, was not comfortable like the first pair, something was wrong. I wore them some, but nothing like before, I probably should have just returned them.

Toe box a bit tight
Although I plan to keep the two pairs I purchased, the toe box is a bit snug. I may try to use some type of "stretcher" to see if I can widen the space.
Love them
I have had severely broken right ankle and nerve surgery on left foot. I also have arthritis. It is difficult to find comfortable shoes but I wore these shoes all day in total comfort. I enjoy the the style of Spring Step shoes, they can be quirky but also traditional and always colorful. I just wish they came in size 5-5.5.

I like these shoes so much that I also bought them in red. One small problem, my regular size - 39 (8 1/2) is just a tad too short and the 40 is just a tad too big. So, I now have one pair of tan @39 and 2 pairs of red at 39 and 40. And I’m keeping them all! I have checked “runs small” because there is no category that says “runs small and large"
Great shoes!
I LOVE these shoes! I’ve bought 3 pairs. A slight problem for me is that my regular size, 39, is just a little too tight and the next size up, 40, is just a little too loose. Nevertheless less, I’m keeping them - 39 and 40 in red and 39 in tan. I do believe that Spring Step Shoes has the best looking shoes. Take a look. I know that you will find many pairs to your taste!
