The shoes I ordered were not what was advertised. They were too wide, too long, clunky, and quite ugly.

The shoes are NOT leather! The ad description clearly states, 'Printed leather', but they are actually made with 'Synthetic Upper' as stamped under the upper. Very disappointing, so I will be returning the shoes.

They’re pretty and cushiony but I wish I could get a narrow, they’re too wide and a bit too long. I may be able to adjust with insoles but I haven’t tried yet.

What I don't like about the offerings are:The limited design offerings.The use of leather. I'd much prefer a vegan or pleather option.How about a navy background for design?The designs are often garish. Too shiny and abstract!Consequently, I have a difficult time finding something to buy. I placed an order on line through that store. They were knowledgeable in finding the shoes I was looking for. They had sold out of my size. They immediately found them on line. I did not want to send the shoes back or hassle with customer service, but very disappointed the shoe heel peeled back already. I had to take it to a shoe repair shop. I have only had the shoes for one month. Otherwise I love the shoes but the amount I paid should not have happened. I have another pair of these shoes and they have lasted 20 years.

Bought a pair of multi colored pair and within 2-3 wearings they started to crack at the bend of the shoe top, which only had a slight bend from walking. These particular pair of shoes are definitely not leather.

I can no longer wear heals but not ready to settle for boring old lady flats. These are super comfy. You can even add your favorite inserts if you need them. I wear these with jeans and a solid print top and I'm ready to go! These are made for nurses or peeps who are on their feet all day.

I tried a pair of Springsteen shoes on in a store, and it fit perfectly in my regular size. Unfortunately, these were much too large. That said, the footbed was remarkably comfortable. I would not purchase online but if I found the right size with the right fit in a store, I would purchase these.
