Love the shoes, fit well and so pretty Lots of compliments

This was such a disappointment; fits like box, no arch. Leather like cardboard, feels like a shoe from dollar store. This after 19 pairs of Spring Steps that I love!!!!

I have loved and bought Springstep shoes for a few years, but something's different. The leather is thicker, the extremely comfortable insole has been replaced , and the top of the shoe rubs against my foot.

I have several pairs of these shoes. They are all very comfortable & wear well. I have received many good compliments on them when I wear them.

Absolutely love these shoes. I have 3 pairs plus a pair of boots. Great quality and I like the consistent sizing.

Very nice Shoes

I love these shoes so much! I bought a pair on Black Friday 2024, wore them often, and got so many compliments. Finally, in March 2026, the shoes were falling apart and had to be retired. So, I just bought the same light brown color again! I wear them most days of the week since they're perfect for business casual or with dresses or with jeans. Highly recommend.

I wanted some everyday shoes other than my tennis shoes. I wanted a safe sole, something versatile so I could wear them with multiple outfits, and I wanted a closed toe. These shoes fit the bill.

I love these shoes in Mint Green! Very bright and colorful. They were too small in my regular size so I returned them for a larger size. My color was no longer available in the larger size so I went with the Camel color. Very cute with the red flower on the front! They didn't fit as well - my feet, not the shoes fault! So I needed to return them again. I was amazed that with both returns the transactions were smooth and quick. I was given a return label and because I had purchased the return insurance, the returns did not cost me anything. I love the customer service department. Both times the reps were helpful and understanding. Spring Step shoes are my absolute favorites!

Love this brand! They even have many styles of comfortable funky flats! I own four different styles of these unusual shoes. My podiatrist even complements my choices!

I loved them soooo much when they came that I wore them right away. The sides, unfortunately, were a little bit higher than my foot, by my ankle. But I was going out and “sucked it up” and wore them all evening. So I got a blister right under each ankle and I either have to wear bandaids or flip flops while the open blisters heal!!! ☹️But I haven’t given up. I put a small lift under the insole and once my blisters heal, my foot will be raised enough that the sore spots will be higher than the edge. I can’t wait to wear them again!

I was sorry these pretty shoes didn't fit across my toes. I think they are true to size, but my feet slid forward until I felt my toes were too close to the end of the shoe. I should add that my feet are different sizesm so I usually buy shoes slightly bigger and with a strap to hold the shoe on my smaller foot. I tried this type instead and discovered I should have gone with the strap, so I sent these back. The company was easy to work with on that process. I can say the shoes were beautiful and the footbed was soft and comfortable.

I have a narrow foot and the shoe slipped off my feet as I walked. So for me the shoe was too wide. I was pretty sure the next smaller size wouldn’t work since my toe was already at the end.Cute shoe though.

For me, they seemed to run a little small. I ordered the next size up and they're perfect. Very well made and they look great. Returning the first pair was very easy with a quick refund.

Cute shoes! However, the right shoe is rubbing under the ankle bone ! They are also slipping on my feet. I'm going to try an innersole to see if that will help. I hope so cause I love the unique look.

So I love the look of the shoe but my left shoe under the outside of my ankle bone rubbed a blister on my foot I’m over 50 and this has never happened to me. Hopefully I can figure out a way to avoid the blister after my foot heals so I can continue to wear them
