The shoe looks pretty but the pair I have looks more like a suede shoe and the left shoe had the numbers 123 itched on them. I still like them so I will keep them. If they can last on my feet all day I will get the other colors.

I’ve spent over $1000 on Spring Step shoes over the past year, but they have all been L’Artiste. This was the first time I bought Patrizia. The stitching wasn’t done correctly on one area. It was coming loose and made that part uncomfortable. I was very disappointed in the supposed warranty. Initially they told me it wasn’t a defect. I strongly disagree. They then said I could submit additional photos and they’d reconsider, or I could return them (at my cost of course.) I do love their shoes but I’m not satisfied with their customer service. Other than the defect, this shoe is super cute and comfortable. It looks like they have tread but I found them to be slick on some floors.

This is an attractive comfortable shoe:7 1/2M. I needed a pair of bronze colored shoes and these fit the bill. The ankle strap is adjustable and toe strap was fine for me. It's a comfort fit.
