I was prepared to wait patiently for my shoes, but I was surprised and excited when they arrived quickly!I love these shoes. I love the Artiste collection. This is my 5th pair!

I own many pairs of Spring step shoes although I have onky been a customer for less than 5 years.However I am disappointed and disgusted by the quality of the shoes.See the photos, the shoes fall apart after a couple of years. Look at side by side comparison to my Dankso n Bruno that I've owned for more than 10years...it's a shame. One pair literally crumbled, ...it's the first time I've seen a pair of shoes done that.I was lured by Spring steps pretty designs but feel cheated for the quality. I felt I truly need to share this.Perhaps the company may take action to improve it's quality but I'm not taking any risks.

The leather upper on the left foot ripped away from the toe at the stitching…do you replace products that obviously are defective after a couple years of gentle wearing?

I love these bright comfy shoes. They're a lil stiff Soo they'll take time to break in.

I love the height of the shoe--easy to walk in. For those of us whose feet swell during the day, the shoe is wide enough to handle that condition.Love the design and colors.

This is my second pair. I had them so long the stitching pulled away from the leather and rubber toe area. I couldn’t live without them. Every where I wore them I got compliments from strangers

Love these shoes! They’re comfy all day, and go with so many outfits. The arch is adjustable to your foot.

The first pair lasted 6 walks, from my apartment to the car in a parking lot, with numerous trips to the Shoe Repairman in between (for a fee, of course!). After the last hand-stitch AND glue, I cut out those turquoise stones, as a sentimental value...(see photo - one picture worth a thousand words). The second, identical pair lasted exactly 1(one) attempt to my car - they fell apart instantly. The material resembles a mix of a plywood with a card box, glued to some crumbling rubber sole, made in China...

I put these on and wore them 2 days after I received them. They fit perfectly, like they were made for me. I have a high instep and these clogs easily accommodate for that. Very comfortable. And I like that they are like sandals but keep my toes safe and protected.
