I wore these sandals for 2 weeks and they are cute and comfortable. But after 2 weeks the sole got cracked. And they weren't cheap. I got them through Amazon and because had passed a month after I used them, I couldn't return them. L'artiste told me to talk to the seller like is not their product.

I purchased these shoes last year and liked them so much I bought a new pair this year.I was sent two odd shoes.A replacement could not be sent until they received the odd ones, which in a heatwave would have left me shoeless. I was told I could buy another pair that would arrive sooner than if they waited to get the two odd shoes back and then sent another pair.I ordered a second pair.The return has finally been processed and I was refunded less than I paid.

I bought these shoes and they are so pretty and comfortable. Unfortunately they broke after only a few wears. I don’t have my receipt anymore so I am out of luck. Beautiful shoes but I won’t buy this brand again, since the company doesn’t back up their brand.

These are very pretty but mine are defective. The second time I wore them the strap came out! Then my husband glued it and the other strap came out. So looking at them see pictures they are defective. I see that another fan had the same problem. I really feel they are defective. I have over 100 pairs of L'Artiste shoes and boots I'm a super fan! So really disappointed in this pair of expensive sandals. I have some issues in the past minor, but I could have fallen but thankfully came out while driving to an event which unfortunately I couldn't do much since I had to walk without shoes.

I have had some minor issues with some of the shoes, but this one was the worst on the second wear the strap came out while I was driving to an event. The we had it fixed and the other side came out and the side that was fixed came out again, so we attempted to have it glued again but it is defective. I see from another review here and on DSW other people have had the same problem.

These were my favorite pair of shoes in the whole world. They were beautiful and so comfortable for all of one week. The heel strap broke in the middle of my day walking on flat ground rendering the shoes unwalkable. I tried to reach out to the company and got no response. Extremely disappointed.

I am honestly so upset to say that these were my favorite shoes I have ever purchased for myself. They were so cute, comfortable, and convenient with the Velcro strap. I wore them for one week when the back strap snapped. I reached out to customer service and got no reply to my request for a replacement. I am so disappointed and do not recommend based on this experience.

This is the most fun you can get from a pair of shoes. Everything about them looks special. I like quirky mixed with pretty, and I especially like quality. These sandals squarely hit all three targets. I eagerly await warm weather when I can take these beauties out for a spin.Get some - today!

Tried another pair and both pairs the straps broke with normal wear. Customer service did not help either and were rude.

Nice cushioning, leather upper very cool, but stiff.

I really like the shoes. Very cute. Had to order a size larger as they run small, Would like a little better arch but overall very comfy. You will need to wear a couple times fit shorter durations as leather is stiff initially but does get more pliable.
