Great sandal, unsatisfied with service

I absolutely love this sandal! It is the most comfortable heel I've ever worn. However I was disappointed that my brand new pair had dark scuffs marks on the back. I exchanged them for another pair, and the second pair had the same problem just a little fainter... it almost seemed like they had attempted to clean the first pair instead of sending me another new pair. I complained again and only got a slight refund. But in spite of the blemish, the sandals are amazing!

Poor quality

The shoes is comfy, BUT the sole fell off within 2 weeks, asked for an exchange and the same thing happened again!!!

I love the color of the shoe, but the heel is smaller than the other shoes, so walking on this shoe I had to adjust my way of walking. As a sandal it’s not good for walking outdoors a lot, because the sole of the shoe gets hot and sweaty. It’s more of an indoor shoe and not a sandal. Over I like it but only for a short while.

Immediately comfortable and I love the velcro closure. Just wishing the pleather was not making my feet sweat. Concerned about the longevity of this shoe, but I hope I am wrong.
