I found these boots very uncomfortable. They're very narrow and the material has no give to it. They're very confining atop the foot as well. These may be OK for people with quite narrow feet, but would not advise for anyone else.

Even though I replaced the boot with a larger size , the toe is very stiff & hard. The replacement insole on one boot had a stiff wrinkle that can not be smoothed out. It was like it was worn or used before. I have several pairs of Spring Step shoes & have worn them for several years because they are comfortable. I will not be wearing these boots.

Had to go up a size as the toe box was stiff.

This is the second time I ordered it the first time the fit was poor - too small. Then when returned I was charged a fee to send it back. Second order defective shoe lacking insole - can feel grid of plastic sole through thin plastic. Called again and while the person on the phone finally did place a request for defective return, three days later STILL NO RETURN LABEL! Last purchase from Spring Step for me!

Inconsistent sizing & really flimsy material. Purchased my normal size & they’re too small. Why don’t brands use consistent sizing? So they can charge you a restocking fee when you have to return them and order another size. I returned the shoes & I was charged $7. I purchased these on sale for $49.95. When I tried to buy the larger size just now, the price increased by $10 from $49.95 yesterday to $59.95 today. And they have the nerve to charge $6 to replace the order in case it gets lost—and you’re supposed to get free returns. If buying an item is such a gamble that I have to pay $6 to make sure I receive my order, I’ll shop elsewhere. Fees as a tactic to increase revenue are pathetic. Provide a good product at a fair price w/good policies & you’ll have customers for life. I’m never buying anything from this desperate s**t show again. Enjoy my $7.00.

I am so disappointed because these boots are SO pretty and so lightweight, and even waterproof. But I ordered size 41 that I typically wear, and they were too small. Exchanged for a 42, and still too small, and they don't make a 43. If you wear a 10-10.5, these will be too small for you.

These are my new favorite winter shoes. They are comfortable and cute and warm. Even though they don’t have a zipper, they are really easy to pull on. I usually kick my shoes off as soon as I get home but these are so comfy I just forget I have them on

I bought these and they were too small 😭 but exchanging was SO easy and they feel like slippers! I can’t wait for the cold weather to hit…. These will be my go to boots!

This is my third pair of Spring Step shoes. They feel great and have no break in time at all.

Unfortunately the sizing did not accommodate my feet. I ordered a7, too small; returned for a size8! Too big. I was VERY disappointed as these boots are beautiful and I wanted a pair! Obviously, production in half sizes are in order…hopefully for next year’s inventory…

Although I've only had occasion to wear these 2x now, these boots really lived up to expectation. They are waterproof, warm, and very comfortable to wear. Definitely recommend especially if you live somewhere cold and snowy during the winter (like the mid-west).

They are so comfortable, Lightweight, great in snowy weather and warm. Can't say enough about Them. I would not recommend to someone who has a wide foot.

I had to return this item. Although I easily wear a size 39 in another pair of Spring Step boots, in these boots my toes actually curled backward because they were so small.

These boots are so stylish that I am able to wear them under my slack pants at work. They are comfortable and my feet feel energized at the end of the day. I bought two different colors and I am so happy that I did.
