Although they seemed to fit when I tried them on in the store, when I tried them on again at home, I found them to be way too big. I had to return them. Unfortunately, the next smaller size in the color that I needed was about 3 sizes smaller.

As always. GREAT. Arrived on time/ packed perfect/ and most of all comfort from the beginning.My sixty fifth pair of Spring Step shoes! Never disappointed.A fabric soul topper instead of vinyl would make them even better. When it's hot my feet stick to the vinyl.

This is such a pretty shoe, im sorry I couldn’t wear it! The smooth leather footbed made an impractical surface for someone with a fallen arch, in that the shoes made noise when walking. You have addressed this with the higher shoe by putting suede there, please do the same with the flat. Customer service is amazing! I will be back!

I have a lot of the L'Artiste wedge sandals and was thrilled to find this flatter style that is still super cute and unusual. My usual size fit perfectly. So glad I purchased all three colors. The only problem is that the part that touches the bottom of the foot is a different material than other sandals I own. It is slick, which causes air to get trapped between the bottom the foot and the surface, and makes an embarrassing noise while walking. I read online about other shoes causing this and the solution was to purchase insoles that stick to the footbed. I took away one star on my review because of this issue. For the price of these shoes I should not have had the added cost of buying inserts and the wasted time ordering and installing them. They should have made these with a footbed similar to all the other L'Artiste sandals I own. I still recommend these sandals because if anyone has the same issue it is a pretty easy fix.

The sandals are adorable! So unique and go with everything in your closet. And it was amazing how comfortable they are and can be worn all day. They fall intomy category of "favorites".
