We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spring Step product. Please try your new shoes on a clean indoor surface and make sure they fit before wearing them outside. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from www.SpringStepShoes.com, please return the item to us within 30 days of ship date in its original, unworn condition for a refund or exchange.

Our standard policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spring Step product. Please try your new shoes on a clean indoor surface and make sure they fit before wearing them outside. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from www.springstepshoes.com, please return the item to us within 30 days of ship date in its original, unworn condition for a refund or exchange.

Returns are SIMPLE. If you choose to return for a refund, we'll give you one prepaid return-shipping label. If you choose to use this return label, there is a $7.00 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your return.

Please note: We are only able to assist with purchases made directly through our own website, www.springstepshoes.com

If your purchase was not made through www.springstepshoes.com, please reach out to the retailer where the shoes were purchased. Our authorized retailers are equipped with the knowledge and expertise to further assist you.

  • All items must be in UNWORN and ORIGINAL condition and include all original tags.
  • All original packaging and original shoe box should be included - A $10 restocking fee will be applied to all shoes returned without the original shoe box
  • Items must be sent back within 30 days from the ship date
  • All returns must be shipped to our return facility: 1001 W McNab Road, Pompano Beach, FL 33069 Attn: Spring Step Shoes Returns
  • You can either use our prepaid FedEx return shipping label (Contiguous US only) for a $7.00 shipping label fee or your own preferred shipping carrier to send us back unworn product(s). You will not be charged any label fee if you purchase postage and send the package back to us. Please note, it will be your responsibility to ensure that the package is returned to us and we highly suggest to use a traceable shipping method. Please communicate your tracking number to customer care via phone, email or chat once you have it readably available.
  • For non-contiguous US customers, please follow step above to use your preferred shipping carrier to return your purchase to the address listed previously for a refund.
  • Refunds are applied via the original payment method and will be processed within 7 business days of receipt at our warehouse, please allow up to one billing cycle for your credit amount to appear on your bank statement once we refund your returned item(s).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any shipping or service fees added to your original order.

Enjoy a complimentary return label when you make an exchange!

Exchanges can be easily processed on our return portal if you wish to change sizes or color.
If you choose to exchange your item on our online portal, your exchange will be processed as an even exchange, and will carry over any discounts.
Once we receive and approve your return, your return label will be waived, and the exchange will ship.

If you would like to exchange for a different item, simply place a new order.
Once the new order is placed, provide us the order number and we'll be happy to waive your return label.

Spring Step Shoes guarantees our products are free from
manufacturer’s defects within a period of 6 months from the time of consumer
purchase, and under normal wearing conditions. If you believe that your
