We want you to be completely satisfied with your Spring Step product. Please try your new shoes on a clean indoor surface and make sure they fit before wearing them outside. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from www.SpringStepShoes.com, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original, unworn condition for a refund or exchange.
OUR STANDARD POLICY
Returns are SIMPLE. If you choose to return for a refund, we'll give you one prepaid return-shipping label. We will honor a refund for the returning item(s), minus a $7.00 restocking fee per return.
- All items returned must be in UNWORN and ORIGINAL condition and include all original tags.
- All original packaging and original shoe box should be included.
- Please send the original shoe box back to us inside the protective shipping packaging.
- Items must be sent back within 30 days from the purchase receipt.
- We will provide you with one prepaid return-shipping label.
- Refunds are applied via the original payment method within 3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
- Allow 3-5 business days for your credit amount to appear on your bank statement once we receive your return item(s).
- Spring Step accepts returns only for items purchased on the www.SpringStepShoes.com website. If you would like to return or exchange an item that was not purchased on www.SpringStepShoes.com website, please contact the retailer where you made the purchase.
- Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse any expedited or international shipping fees added to your original order.

Pack and Send It Back
3. Affix the Prepaid UPS domestic return label on the protective shipping packaging (not the shoe box).
4. Take your package to a UPS location.
Get a Refund
5. We'll email you a confirmation once your returned item is received.
6. We'll give you a refund (minus a $7.00 restocking fee per order).
7. Allow 3-5 business days for your credit amount to appear on your bank statement once we receive your return item(s).
Not the style you expected? Doesn’t fit like you hoped? Don’t worry! If for any reason your order did not work out, you may return or exchange your unworn shoes (in their original packaging) within 30 days of purchase.
Here’s what you do:
1. Simply place your new order online with us at www.SpringStepShoes.com. The item will ship for free and you will have within a few business days.
2. Once you’ve completed your purchase, initiate the return of your original purchase follow the above.
3. That’s it!

Spring Step guarantees our products are free from manufacturer’s defects within a period of 6 months from the time of consumer purchase, and under normal wearing conditions. Spring Step accepts returns only for items purchased on the www.SpringStepShoes.com website.
