After weeks of no response on returning shoes I called about my refund I was denied because they were slightly soiled on the bottom ( white soles). I wore them in the house and they made indentations on my foot I own several of these shoes but this particular style hurt my feet. The company asked if I wanted them discarded or returned but no refund! I won’t be purchasing any more from this company!!!

I enjoy wearing L’Artiste because the designs are unique, colorful and comfortable. I have narrow feet and am flat footed and the adjustable straps confirm to my foot and prevent me from slipping in the shoe.

While these are super cute and very comfortable and true to size, they are definitely NOT non slip! Be very careful walking on tile especially. I love them so much though that I’m going to take them to the shoe repair shop to see if something can be put on the sole to make them less slippery. Also the aqua part of the sandal are much lighter than pictured which was disappointing.
