delivered to incorrect address and no merchandise recieved

Not very good. I realized that the shipping address was incorrect with the email confirmation. I called the Spring Step store that the shoes were shipping from. I was told that there is nothing that could be done on your end. I tried on my end to contact FedEx, and I was told that only the shipper could make changes. I would like a full refund. None of my comments on the sizing are applicable. Apparently you cannot just leave a comment stating no merchandise was recieved and poor customer service from the Pompano Store.
