I am L’artiste customer for years. I bought many different style shoes and never had a problem. I was hoping to replace my clogs with new ones. Ordered the new clogs. First, the style I have, nice and very comfortable is no longer available. I chose style very similar hoping it will work. The size did not fit, the shoe as, in my size were too short. They also felt stiff. I sent them to exchange the size. A bigger size shoe came, but in a different color. Thought now fitting length wise, still feeling stiff and uncomfortable. I just can’t keep them. It’s another trip to send them out, an e yea hassle.

I love these mules and clogs. I have black, purple, red, tourqoise. I’ve had them for 15 + years. I love them. They are truly leather hand painted. You’ll love them. Very comfortable and 100’s if compliments.

I have wide feet and these clogs fit perfectly. The arch is great because I am on my feet all day at work. The little piece of elastic at the top means my feet have room to stretch a bit. Great investment for my feet!

My favorite pair of shoes are clogs from Spring Step so I ordered another pair in the same size. They were way too small and narrow so I had to return them. I could not evaluate the arch since my foot would not fit in them.

For the past 3 years, I haven't been able to wear any shoes other than my Dawgs, due to tendon damage & a bunch of other health issues. I was determined to find real shoes that I wear comfortably. I searched for "orthopedic shoes that aren't ugly" and the Spring Step site came up!! I bought the Chino Clogs in wide, since it's winter & might need to wear thick socks. They made an incredible difference in my ability to walk & the distance I could walk in these! I ordered another pair in a medium size for when I don't need thick socks. I probably sound like a commercial for these shoes, but they are amazing & so cute besides!! I'd give them infinite stars if that was an option!!

The shoes are lovely and I get a lot of comments on them, but I’m having trouble keeping them on my feet! The shoe box is a bit large for me and when I wear socks with them I have to try to keep them from coming off every time I step

First the style caught my eye. I don’t like solid black shoes but these with the design are PERFECT!! Not only are they fashionable but the most comfortable shoes I have ever had!!I am a first time Spring Step customer. I purchased black, camel & navy!! LOVE, LOVE them all!! I usually wear.size 38. Based on reviews I ordered a size 39. They fit perfectly!! Highly recommend!!
