Exchange process went smoothly but the exchange is still faulty. Leather seem stops zipper from properly moving. Very disappointed. I have two other pairs. Love the boot, not happy with poor craftsmanship on black boot.

I love these boots. They are warm, comfortable and I love the yarn stitching at the top. The top of the boot fits well around the ankle. They aren’t too wide. Cute with jeans and casual pants. I want another pair in a different color. I bought the beige color

HiI am 71 so happy to open my box. The wrapping is like a holiday present Someone actually took time. I saw the boots and loved them without even trying them on. The colors and material made these boots a work of art. The boot will last forever.I am interested in style but durable for Michigan winters. I am an eccentric woman who has lived the life of teaching. Taught 2 years in India, did big business with my Japanese husband. Learned about making a business.I think your products are so wonderful that someone like Macy can bet them. Plus affordability.I love them so much that this winter coming soon i will be wearing them outside in the snow with my Miniature schnauzer with fur coat. I want people to see the fun in a 71 year old. I have a professional photographer. As someone who is very picky with their shoes due to many feet issues, these did not disappoint. They are warm and cozy but also the perfect height that is not too hot. And the colorful sweater addition is so cute! Love these

Very comfortable for all day wear. I have a lot of trouble with my feet (plantar fascia, arthritis, over pronation) and spring step shoes have been, overall, a great find. These boots (black) are warm without being hot, roomy enough for thicker socks without being sloppy with thinner socks. Love them!!
