The platform height is just perfect to give my 5' tall frame a little height and it isn't angled too much so the ball of my foot doesn't hurt. I've worn them many times and never have any pain. Both straps are adjustable. And I get many compliments! Very pretty details too, from the flower to the heel embroidery. I got the blue but I'm considering getting the green too.
