To whom it may concern, I have a bad left foot and ankle.So I have sent you a copy of my x ray.I tried on your spring step boots a while ago and fell in love. I have been trying to find something that would support my badfoot, and my ankle forever. Because when you have cankles nothing works. I broke down and bought a pair recently, what a life changer. OMG! They feel like heaven and give great support to my ankle and foot. I will be rocking these everyday. I even bought a white pair for summer If you ever need a great live review, think of me. I am not a young woman I turn 68 in a few days. You are never too old for style. I'm showing my ankle doctor tomorrow and handing him back the death trap of and ankle supporter he gave me and telling him to send people like me to Spring Step instead. Thank you from the bottom of my heart (and foot).

Walked around downtown and went up all the stairs to balcony theater seats and no pain. The interior support is great even with my extra high arches. As you can see they are also gorgeous.

Very comfortable, I can run in them. I get a lot of compliments. Kind of thinking of getting a second pair, as I will be sad when these wear out. Normally a 37, I chose a 38 because my feet are different sizes and the larger of the two was closer in the range of 38. I would say they are true to size, because though it is a bit too large for my shorter foot, it still works alright, and it fits well on the larger.It was my first pair of L'Artiste; love the unique style, leather, seem well made, comfortable, at a reasonable price and many great reviews, so I will definitely be buying from this brand again. The only bummer was the shipping charge to Hawaii is quite high. I mulled over the purchase for a month before I ordered (actually shared the website with a friend who found a pair she liked, and we ordered together). Turns out the shipping was waved. I don't know if that is a regular occurrence, or if God helped out, but I definitely appreciated it.
