Rantana Sneaker

I purchased these in white in my usual 5 1/2-6 Spring Step size. I thought they were the cutest sneaker. I loved the speckled trim around the bottom. Makes the sneaker unique. Upon receiving them I put them right on. At first it felt like they were short and my toe were a little uncomfortable. I decided to keep them on and walk around inside the house. After a very little while they felt comfortable. I think they felt a little odd or short at first because the bottom trim around the sneaker is firm. For those of you who wear orthotics like I do, the sole can be removed and orthotics fit right in.

Ordered the blue leather color with white sole. Had to exchange for next size up - they fit well and are super cute!

I had to do an exchange for the next size up and the toe box still feels small in the height. The wrap around rubber seems to constrain the shoe and make it smaller and less flexible. It fits but it’s not as all day comfortable as I was expecting. Very cute shoes for work attire and the leather is incredibly supple but the wrapped toe is something I’ll avoid in future purchases.

I was so excited to find this sneaker, love the colors! The whole ordeal has been so frustrating since the sizing seems to be a challenge. I usually wear size 39 or 40 in spring step (size 9). I felt lucky that a 39 was available in the beige color……too small. No larger size available so bought a white pair in size 40……too small. No size 41 in white so bought a black pair size 41…..finally fits perfectly. Black was not exactly what I wanted, but happy to have them.Same issue when I purchased a beige pair for my daughter-in-law, usual size 36……too small, size 37……too small…….no larger sizes available. She’s so disappointed! Then I tried to get her the lavender, listed on the DSW site…….was sent navy instead, twice!!!! (Lavender still listed on DSW site). Now she is waiting for the beige or lavender to come back in stock in her size, I guess size 38 since we tried 36 and 37. But, will they ever be restocked?? I sent a message asking that same question and was forwarded the link to the sneakers showing which were currently available, no indication of whether they would be restocked.I love spring step shoes and purchase for myself, my husband, and my son and tried to convert my daughter-in-law. I recommend them to anyone who will listen. I have never had this problem before, I hope it is isolated.

I really looked forward to getting these shoes but had returned them. I loved how soft the leather felt but I could feel the zipper digging into my foot. I'm sure it didn't help that they narrow.

I have been obsessed with Spring Step shoes for a long time now, but always went for the more unique shoes they offer. I was looking for a basic sneaker that can be worn with anything and this one was just perfect! Love the zipper addition, makes it so easy to take off.

These sneakers are the whole package. They're cute, stylish, and eco-friendly with their recyclable outsole. The outside zipper makes them easy to slip on, and the lace-up feature ensures a custom fit for my feet. I love that I can look good and feel good about my choice with these sneakers.

Would recommend one size up from what you normally purchase. I think it goes by where the shoes is manufactured. I have a similar Spring Step sneaker that was made in China- perfect fit. This one, made in Turkey, runs small. Process to return was not automatic - had to place a call, but the rep was super nice and very helpful. Would definitely recommend, but order next size up if you are a perfect fit in your normal shoe size (I am perfect US size 7, but had to order 7.5/8 in this sneaker).

They really do not need any breaking in…..very pliable, comfortable, yet supportive. I got the baby blue color and absolutely LOVE it!
