I wrote an e-mail to this e-mail address on April 10, but no reply except survey questions. Thus the 3 star review, and it would be 4 stars if I’d had an answer from you. My husband can fit his foot in (very tight at stitching across top of toes) if he takes out the inside liner. I wrote asking for your advice.. I love l’Artiste shoes for myself, so I’m disappointed that customer service is lacking.
