I normally wear a size 8 for shoes and bought the 7.5-8 size in these boots. With the removable insole I found it cramped my toes, even with regular socks, so I removed the extra insole and use it in another pair of shoes that I found too loose (it works great). I got to really test this boot out in 3” snow yesterday- it was so spectacular that I couldn’t even believe how well they did while I trekked through snow that nearly came up to the top of my boots. My socks were thin and yet these boots were super warm and I never once had snow get in them or make my feet feel cold through the soles. I also would say they are true to size since they’re comfortable with regular socks (without extra insole) - but if you’re wanting to use the extra insole I might get a size larger. And because these are waterproof I didn’t have to worry about cleaning the remaining snow off when coming back inside. These boots are wonderful and I hope they last many years through all the cold and wet seasons.

These are fantastic, perfect for the snowy vacation days planned and the super cold days before we go. They are comfortable and give you enough lift that you aren’t walking flat footed (which kills my feet after a while)
