Customers praised the free return shipping and package protection service for its convenience and peace of mind. Many noted 'very easy to return' and 'simple and quick' processes. The shoes themselves received high marks for comfort, style, and quality, with shoppers saying they're 'beautiful and comfortable' and 'worth every penny.' However, some found sizing challenging for wide feet.
- They are so distinct and unique, comfortable and fit perfectly!
- From a preprinted label to convenient drop off, it was a seamless process!
- Super comfy and beautiful. Compliments wherever I go
I keep coming back for exciting style and extraordinary comfort.
This works very nicely, especially if I need to return multiple pairs of shoes.
Not sure why I paid for this.
Love
No problems at all
Well I love everyone of my purchase. I never had to use this free return . But thank you for the option
I’m very pleased with Spring Steps streamlined return policy. It proves the company is concerned with my total satisfaction with their product
Love them
My slippers are very nice and good quality. I love the color! Very comfortable.
It's frustrating to have to pay the extra fee, but it certainly can be useful. In the end, my shoes were terrific.
Glad I didn’t have to return them
I paid the extra $7 for shipping returns, as I was unsure of fit because of my custom arch supports.
I never have to return shoes, so this was an important to me. My favorite shoes are spring step. Comfortable, classy and fun. They are expensive, but worth it.
I do not regret paying for this since I ordered four pairs and it was nice to be able to send back what did not quite fit without losing too much money on the shipping.
I don’t like paying for package protection. The chances of using it is pretty slim.
I have loved all of my shoes and boots that I have bought they are super comfy and beautiful. Compliments wherever i go
Love the shoes… Love the convenience!
I absolutely love these shoes! They go well with dresses, jeans, pants, skirts, and they are so distinct and unique, they aren’t like anything else I’ve seen anyone else wearing- and that’s a wonderful thing! They are comfortable and fit perfectly!
I had to return the Adorora-Prit because they didn't go on my wide feet! Beautiful shoes, though!
Really nice to return the package without having to pay. Thanks again
Thanks
Simple and quick
Love Love Love so soft inside , very stylish and worth every penny 💜
good
The free shipping and package protection is a nice touch. No worries about loss/theft etc. Also, individual return shipping would run more than the purchased package covering shipments.
Love the return policy. We don't receive the same with cheap Chinese plasti-crap shoes. Buy real leather!
Having prepaid shipping is smart for any company and convenient for us. You won't stay in business long if women order multiple shoes just to try them on. Plus, these are Nice Quality shoes. Low returns keeps them that way.
In the past when I had to return an item, it was very simple and straighforward to do.
Keeping these. Seldom make returns, but it is easy when i do.
I don’t understand what it did since it was a normal I pay return.
