I really like these boots and studied the images carefully before ordering. The style and color were just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the toe box is just too narrow for my foot, and I had to return them. Your return protocol is exceptional; very straightforward and easy to follow. Thank you.

Like the look not the fit

I like the look of the boot but the way it fit not so much. Very rigid, not soft at all and I felt the toe area too tight. So I returned the shoes.
