Please be advised that the boots in the picture online is not representative of the boots that are shipped. I received the boots and there was no color in the heel as is in the pictures on line. It's very disappointing because that is the reason I made the purchase. If possible, can you send me the ones that are in the picture online that have the color in the heel and throughout the platform.

I have never purchased any Spring Step Shoes that were not as advertised in the pictures on the website. And I have purchased ALOT of shoes from this company. I am very disappointed in these shoes. They are not as the pictures look online. The pictures online has the color coming all the way up the back of the heel of the shoe. The ones I received had none. I would like Spring Step to sell me the shoes that are advertised in the pictures on the website. Otherwise put the shoes that you are shipping out as representative of the shoes. I saw another reviewer say the same and now her review is gone...

I'm sending the shoes back. Would this be considered false advertising?
