Using this item has been very comfortable. But I originally ordered the blue color and had to return it because this shoe is not true to size. I ordered the 7 1/2 -8 size which was too small. I canlanded up exchanging for a 8 1/2 in the brown color because blue wasn't available.I feel like I settled for second best.

This show runs very small. The height of the shoe has decreased so much I can barely get them on in my size or the next size up.

I love the fit! Definitely true to size. You feel like you aren't even wearing them. And due to the multiple colors you can wear as a casual shoe or as a house shoe.

I ordered the dark brown as I'm trying to find booties or sneakers in this color. But these make my feet look very wide. And they appear huge, although the fit TTS. Again, they used a new type of zipper that unlike the type used on their previous designs, is very stiff. And it's placed on the outside which I find very difficult to pull up. so they're going back.

I ordered a EU38/7.5-8 up from my usual size 7. No room in the shoe at all. Barely got one on my foot. No toe room and the sides were narrow. I couldn’t begin to try to zip up the sides. Horrible sizing. Another pair arrived with the same issue. No more Spring Step Shoes.

I purchased this shoe twice in different sizes. Neither fit. This shoe does NOT fit to size. I have several pair of L'Artiste shoes, all the same size. Although the 1st pair didn't fit, i reordered up another size and they still didn't fit. not sure what the issue is with size, but i will not be ordering them again.

I have a lot of Spring Step / L’Artiste shoes. They are all size 42, and fit very comfortably. These are NOT a 42!!! The shoes are all marked size 42, but are closer to a size 40. When I got the shoes I had no doubt they would fit! I’ve been ordering a 42 for many years & never returned a pair. I was so sure they would fit, I threw away the packing & print material that came with the shoes! So now I have an expensive pair of shoes I can’t return or exchange.
